IMAGE TRANSFER QA
Minimize clinically relevant errors by quantifying system variances in the imaging chain to within 0.1 mm. Increase your confidence in the capability of your system to correctly image known volumes, distances, and geometries. Confirm that CT/MRI/Angio scans and image fusion are accurately recreated within the TPS therefore assuring accurate target dose delivery.

Quickly and precisely position the Lucy 3D QA Phantom within the manufacturer’s exact coordinate system with the Stereotactic Frame Interface, available for all commercial SRS systems.

SRS PATIENT DOSIMETRY QA
Obtain absolute dose, relative dose, and point dose dosimetry QA measurements at isocenter and at exact positions off isocenter, using standard ion chambers, film, diodes, gels, MOSFETs and TLDs you currently have and are familiar with.

RADIATION ALIGNMENT MACHINE QA
Assess optical and geometric isocenter, laser alignment, indexed table positioning alignment, and positioning coordinates for a comprehensive evaluation of geometric accuracy.

Stereotactic Dose Verification Phantom
Dose measurements with film and ion chambers for commissioning treatment systems and for specific plan dose verification.

VERSATILE USE WITH ION CHAMBERS OR FILMS

• Film and ion chamber dose measurements are achieved in one water equivalent phantom designed specifically for stereotactic radiosurgery.
  
• Ion Chamber Measurements - The 2 cm Blue Water ion chamber slab has a cavity which accommodates inter-changeable ion chamber plugs, therefore one slab can accommodate several plugs drilled for different ion chambers. The ion chamber plug positions the ion chamber in the exact center of the phantom to facilitate repositioning and fast, accurate measurements. Two drilled ion chamber plugs and one solid plug are included with each phantom.
  
• Film Dosimetry Measurements - Five water equivalent Blue Water slabs allow film to be positioned 2 mm apart for dose profile measurements of very small SRS targets. A cavity in each slab positions a 2.5 x 2.5 inch film in the exact center.
