Aquaplast
Aquaplast is available in 1.6 mm, 2.4 mm, 3.2 mm, and 4.8 mm thickness. Our standard perforation pattern has a 40% open area, but we also offer a 20% open (micro-perforated) pattern for certain applications. Percentages are approximate and vary based on sheet thickness. |

AccuFix Cantilever Board
This patented head and neck device is revolutionary in that it seamlessly integrates shoulder depression. Prior to the development of the AccuFix Cantilever Board, therapists tried to depress the patient’s shoulders with ropes or straps or by using large costly pieces of thermoplastic. These older techniques were unreliable by today’s standards and often required two or more technicians.
The device’s unique cantilever design allows for 360-degree treatment with minimal attenuation. The fully adjustable carbon fiber Bear-Claw Shoulder Depression System is designed to increase setup repeatability and reduce patient motion without requiring large sheets of thermoplastic over the shoulders.
Adapters are available to mount the Cantilever Board to treatment tables and position the board in a fixed and repeatable location to prevent tipping that can occur with other headboards. |

AccuFix Curve Board
The AccuFix CURVE Board positions the head, neck, and shoulders using custom formed Aquaplast RT and Fibreplast disposable S-Frames. The AccuFix CURVE Board uses our S-Frame Aquaplast RT Masks. Our masks have a consistent perforation pattern with NO solid areas. |

AccuFix Base of Skull (BoS) Frame
The AccuFix Base of Skull (BoS) Frame is specifically designed to meet the unique requirements of proton therapy for patient immobilization and beam transmission. The BoS Frame is engineered to rigidly support the patient without using a flat base that blocks the use of important proton beam angles.
The conformal shape is designed to minimize the distance between the patient and the field defining aperture, optimizing the proton beam penumbra. The AccuFix BoS Frame now incorporates the couch-mounting mechanisms found in the Cantilever and CURVE Boards. This facilitates the use of the same device in combined Proton and conventional photon therapy. |

AccuFix Quest Breast Board
The QUEST Breastboard features a robust angling mechanism that provides precise patient positioning with no worry of collapse. This mechanism allows for index angulations of 1.25 degrees, 5 degrees, 7.5 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 20 degrees and 25 degrees.
The board is CT compatible at up to 25 degrees on certain large bore machines. Optional 30-degree and 35-degree wedges are available. Carbon fiber skins over a foam core provide rigid support with minimal sag or attenuation. As you would expect, all possible adjustments are indexable and can be documented on the supplied setup sheet. A deep-dish head cup and biaxial clocking plates are included with the board. An optional indexed bottom stopper (pictured) is available to prevent a patient from sliding down the board.
Optional Upper Arm Support Cups, Wrist Support Cups, and Hand Grip Posts are also available. An Arm-Shuttle (also know as a wing board or butterfly board) is available as an alternative to an Arm Set. Silverman, TIMO, and Gel Donut headrests are available as an alternative to the standard head cup. An optional storage hook is available which allows the unit to be hung flat on the wall of your treatment or simulation room.

QuickFix Carbon Fiber Pelvis System
The AccuFix IMRT QuickFix Carbon Fiber Pelvis System uses the widely popular leg wedge technique for easy and accurate pelvis target repositioning. This system flattens the lower lumbar for added comfort and repeatability.
The QuickFix pelvis system is used with Opti-Handles to secure a wide variety of different shapes and sizes of Aquaplast RT. It also includes a Groin Lock Key for securing Aquaplast between the patient’s legs, and a left and right millimeter scale for easy repositioning. |

Kvue IGRT Couchtop
The kVue is a state of the art radiotherapy couchtop that is optimized for the most recent advances in technology. It is engineered to ensure precise and repeatable sub-millimeter patient positioning. Made using advanced fiber composites that are completely metal free, the kVue uses Moving Beam Technology, which allows the support beam to be positioned out of the treatment field.
The kVue is designed for superior performance when used with on-board imaging and cone beam CT while simultaneously reducing skin dose for treatments that pass through the couch. This, combined with the ability to swap the standard indexing insert with modular immobilization devices that mount directly into the top surface of the couch, makes the kVue the most advanced solution available for IMRT and IGRT patient positioning. |

Quantum Couchtop
The Q-Fix QUANTUM carbon fiber couchtop is a monocoque-style couchtop, designed to upgrade most original equipment couchtops for both simulations and treatment machines. The couchtop comes standard with Varian Exact® indexing and provides unparalleled 360-degree imaging and treatment.
Most treatment couchtops contain metallic parts or other hard points that must be avoided during treatment and can interfere with static and dynamic imaging modes. The QUANTUM contains NO METAL in the cantilevered portion of the couchtop. The couchtop’s composite fiber skin and foam core create a homogeneous platform with minimal attenuation and deflection. |
