COMPASS
COMPASS leads you into a new era in the IMRT/IGRT pre-treatment and treatment monitoring as well as verification. It provides truly independent analysis of the accuracy of your planned treatment and the dose delivered to the patient. COMPASS is a solution to increase the precision and safety of the individual patient treatment.

A (patent pending) method using a high resolution ionization chamber transmission detector and a Linac beam model allows exact fluence determination and comparison with TPS fluence. Based on the transmission detector measurement, an advanced forward calculation algorithm subsequently reconstructs the 3D dose distribution in patient anatomy. The 3D dose distribution is then compared with the TPS. A modern set of software tools incl. DVH allows for a side by side analysis of the two data sets either cumulative or per fraction.

The solution that combines:

  • determination of dose distribution during patient treatment using a beam model, a transmission detector measurement and a fluence reconstruction
  • display of the 3D dose distribution in patient anatomy
  • comparison of measured with expected dose distributions.

MIMI Phantom
Test the coincidence of the isocenter prescribed by the lasers, treatment beam, and image guidance systems:

ENSURE IMAGE GUIDANCE ACCURACY
Treatment with radiation on a modern linear accelerator relies on the ability to position the patient with incredible accuracy. This is why it is critically important to verify that the systems used for positioning are all describing the same isocentric point in space as the treatment beam.

FAST, ACCURATE ALIGNMENT CHECKS
The MIMI (Multiple Imaging Modality Isocentricity) Phantom from Standard Imaging allows you to establish mechanical stability of the image guidance system by verifying the isocenter described by the MV, kV, CBCT, and other guidance systems is within accepted 1mm tolerances. This daily or weekly test can be performed in just a few minutes giving you the confidence that you can deliver the radiation prescription on target.

EASY ALIGNMENT DUE TO UNIQUE DESIGN
The MIMI Phantom incorporates five bone equivalent rods uniquely set so that four of them intersect at 90 degree angles when viewed in DRRs or a 2D projection image. The rods traverse the entire phantom making them visible in any image or slice allowing for easy 2D/2D and 3D/3D matching for fast verification of isocenter position.

IMSure QA Software
IMSure is designed for use as a redundant check tool for busy Radiation Therapy departments to quickly and accurately verify IMRT treatment plans and as a tool for verifying and computing simple Monitor Unit (MU) computations.

For IMRT Treatment plans, IMSure is intended for use as a secondary, independent verification tool for rapid QA of IMRT treatment plans. Using measured physical data from the linear accelerators entered into the system by a trained physicist, IMSure performs these calculations based on the patient’s data and an IMRT plan generated from the inverse treatment planning system.

INTUITIVE MU DOSE CALCULATIONS
Automate hand calculations of conventional plans or create simple plans with just a few clicks. A single screen for inputs, outputs, and field-to-field comparisons offers quick review and easy editing of plans.

ACCURATE IMRT DOSE CALCULATIONS

The patented Stanford University “3-Source Model” considers the dose from the primary photon source, the primary collimator scatter, and the flattening filter scatter resulting in extremely accurate dose calculations including those in high-gradient / low-dose regions common in IMRT.

NEW! IN-DEPTH IMRT PATIENT QA
Imported treatment planning system fluence is directly compared to independently calculated fluence in IMSure. Import patient contours and specify regions of interest for structure specific analysis. Use any of six different methods of comparison including gamma map comparisons, difference maps, a patented correlation coefficient, and histograms.

ImRT MatriXX
The I'mRT MatriXX is the most advanced solution for fast, accurate and reliable digital IMRT verification. The PIC technology combines the advantages of vented ionization chambers using PCB technology with a state-of-the-art ASICs based electrometer.

The I'mRT MatriXX verifies individual (segment) as well as integrated (composite) IMRT fields without dead time during the data acquisition. Due to the unique electrometer solution based on ASICs technology, all 1020 vented pixel ionization chambers are read out in parallel with a minimum sampling time of only 20 ms per 2D field. As a result the Pixel Ionization Chamber Technology (PIC) used in the I´mRT MatriXX significantly reduces the time spent in dosimetric verification of complex IMRT radiation fields.
