SUPERMAX Electrometer
A next generation, two channel, reference grade electrometer with an advanced, intuitive touchscreen interface, built-in chamber library for real-time dose and dose rate display, and 1 fA resolution.
TWO INDEPENDENT MEASUREMENT CHANNELS
The SuperMAX Electrometer features two measurement channels with independent control over range, bias voltage, and applied system factor. Both channels feature extensive range (0.001 pA to 500.0 nA, 0.001 pC to 999.9 μC) for use in a wide range of applications such as cross calibration between two chambers, isocenter versus off-axis and in-air versus in-water comparisons. The SuperMAX is designed to maximize flexibility encouraging the freedom to experiment with its measurement capabilities.
COMPREHENSIVE BUILT-IN CHAMBER LIBRARY
A versatile chamber library is built into the SuperMAX interface, so no additional PC or software is necessary to apply system factor and temperature/pressure corrections. These factor applied measurements are even displayed in real-time side by side with raw measurement values for increased analysis capability. Over 100 different chambers and calibrations can be stored within the SuperMAX internal memory. Individual factors can be applied to either or both measurement channels.
POWERFUL, YET EASY TO USE INTERFACE
The 6.4” color TFT display has a built-in touchscreen to make measurement control and data entry intuitive and enjoyable. Measurement values are shown with large type and corrected values are shown in a different color for easy viewing and confirmation of settings, even from a distance. An on-screen keypad and familiar pull down menus makes entry of settings such as bias voltage, threshold detection settings, and chamber library data nearly effortless. |

Dose1 Electrometer
The DOSE 1 is a portable, single channel, high-precision reference class electrometer that significantly exceeds the recommendations of the IEC 60731 and the AAPM ADCL. It combines superior accuracy with an excellent resolution in a wide dynamic range. The electrometer can be used with ionization chambers, semiconductor detectors and diamond probes for measurements of absorbed dose. In combination with radioactive check sources the response stability of the ionization chambers is verified and the cross calibration performed.
- Ergonomic design and intuitive easy to use soft keys and pop-up menus
- Large, high contrast graphic electro luminescent display with a wide viewing angle for complete and comprehensive display of all measured values, chamber and correction factors on the main screen
- Dose, dose rate, average rate, charge, current and dose per monitor unit are all measured and displayed simultaneously
- storage of up to 40 detector specific data sets in a sensor library, including physical and geometrical parameters

1D Water Phantom
The 1D Water Scanning System features precise chamber positioning and fast, easy alignment
THE COMPLETE SYSTEM THAT MAKES QA EASY
The 1D Water Scanning System is designed to fulfill the requirements set forth by the AAPM TG 51 and TRS 398 protocols for a one dimensional water scanning phantom. Determining the depth-dose curve and SAD measurements are easily done with this complete system.
WATER TANK
- Available in two sizes: 32 cm x 30 cm x 36 cm and 42 cm x 40 cm x 36 cm
- Vertical lines make it easy to align tank to isocenter using room lasers
- Markers on the tank represent fill lines for 20 cm and 25 cm depth measurements
- Unique drain valve and included draining tube for ease of emptying tank after use
REMOTE HANDHELD CONTROLLER
- Slow, ~ 1.0 mm/sec, and fast, ~ 3.8 mm/sec, travel buttons
- Quick step feature – controller arm moves in exact 0.01 mm increments for precise positioning of the chamber
- Operate the remote hand held controller inside the treatment room connected directly to the water tank or at the control console via a serial extension cable
- Internal memory allows you to set the chamber depth in the treatment room, then disconnect the controller and re-connect to the serial cable at the control console without losing the set depth point
CONTROL ARM
- A rotary encoder is directly mounted to the leadscrew shaft – not the motor shaft – in a superior set up that results in extremely accurate and repeatable measurements
- 0.05 mm accuracy of position and repeatability over the TG 51 range (200.00 mm)
ION CHAMBER BRACKET
- Made of water equivalent material
- Only one chamber bracket required which fits thimble ion chambers and most rigid stem parallel plate chambers
- Alignment lines for aligning chamber’s volume centroid with isocenter

Solid Phantom SP33/ SP34
The solid plate phantoms SP33 (PMMA) and SP34 (RW3) are suitable for quality assurance dosimetry measurements in photon and electron beams, based on the relation between ionization chamber reading in plastic and water in the user beam with different types of ionization chambers. The plate phantom consists of 1 plate of 1mm thickness, 2 plates of 2mm, 1 plate of 5mm and 29 plates of 10mm. Adapter plates for various detectors are available for both phantoms. The SP33 is made of PMMA. The SP34 is made of white polystyrene, type RW3. |

Virtual Water
Virtual Water™ is an ideal alternative to traditional water tanks for performing routine QA checks of a linear accelerator using photon or electron beams
CUSTOM CAVITIES AVAILABLE
Cavities are available in slabs at least 2 cm thick to accommodate most Farmer-type or parallel plate ionization chambers. Optional scribe lines are available for laser alignment
TESTED AND CALIBRATED
Virtual Water™ is a true water-equivalent material. Slabs from this unique material are exceptionally strong and will not stick together when stacked or stored. Virtual Water™ is not affected by changes in humidity or temperature and does not exhibit charge storage effects, a problem common in other water-equivalent materials. Each production run of Virtual Water™ is tested at an independent calibration laboratory and certified to be within 0.5% of water at photon energies.
SETTING THE STANDARD IN WATER-EQUIVALENCY
Virtual Water™ slabs are made from water-equivalent material, and are developed to be free of contaminants and air. Many standard sizes and thicknesses are available and custom phantoms are available upon request. |
