Harshaw TLD 3500 Manual Reader
The Harshaw 3500 TLD Reader provides cost-effective measurements of the radiation dose absorbed by individual TLD elements: ribbon (chips), rods, micro-cubes or powders. The Harshaw 3500 operates on WinREMS Software, which runs under Windows® on a separate computer, providing user interface while the reader control and the applications software.
The instrument includes a sample drawer for a single element TLD dosimeter, a linear, programmable heating system and a cooled photomultiplier tube with associated electronics to measure the TL light output. The manually operated Harshaw 3500 finds applications in medical physics and dosimetry laboratories. |

Harshaw TLD 4500 Manual Reader
The 4500 Manual TLD Reader provides versatile readout of Harshaw TLD dosimeters and is ideal for small or medium capacity applications in radiation protection, medical, research and high dose range dosimetry. The Model 4500 connects via a serial interface to an external PC, which provides control over the setup, time-temperature profiles (TTPs), analysis and data recording. A start button and four indicator lights control and monitor the operation. Additional applications packages are available. |
